Rubin Chheda

Rubin joined True North in 2021 and is responsible for building a Credit platform for investing in private credit for True North. He has over 18 years of rich experience in India private credit space, mid-market private equity and transaction advisory.

Prior to joining True North, he was heading the Investments for Piramal-CDPQ Structured Credit Opportunities Fund and the Corporate Lending vertical across various sectors at Piramal Capital. He has also worked with Fairwinds Private Equity for about eight years and worked in transaction advisory with Big 4 firms like EY and PWC (New York) for a couple of years. He has also worked with GE Capital (Chicago) in Corporate Credit for three years.

Rubin has completed his MBA from University of Illinois at Chicago (2003) and has also completed CPA(US), CFA (US) and BCOM (Mumbai).

In his spare time Rubin likes to read and listen to instrumental music.
