Paras Nayyar

Paras joined True North in 2016 and she oversees finance, corporate governance, domestic investor relations, human resources and marketing initiatives at the Firm.

Before joining True North, Paras held senior leadership positions across organisations such as KPMG, Fidelity International, L&T Financial Services and CRISIL. Through her professional career, Paras has built significant expertise across corporate strategy, fund structuring, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, audit services, legal, regulatory and compliance functions.

She has completed her Bachelors in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and is a merit-ranking Chartered Accountant. She has also completed the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Paras has also been featured in the coveted list of India's Top 100 Women in Finance by Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI) for 2020.

In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, music and reading. She loves to try new things and is presently learning how to play the guitar.
