Akshay Kumar Sanghi

Akshay joined True North in June 2021 and is currently deputed with Fincare Small Finance Bank at Bangalore. He is part of the Corporate Services unit and and has led somekey initiatives at the Bank. He is part of the team that is building the payments stack of the Bank including Micro ATM and Prepaid card, among others. He is also engaged with Supply Chain financing unit for the Bank and helped launch the TReDS (Trade Receivables Discounting System). Akshay is also involved in the growth strategy of Fincare 101, the flagship digital product of the Bank

Prior to Fincare SFB, Akshay was a part of Cloudnine, where he worked in customer communication, Call Centre re-design and strategy for growth of Cloudnine Mamas (Mom’s community), among other initiatives.
Before his post-graduation, Akshay has worked for two years with the Corporate Payments & Government Business Group at Axis Bank.

Akshay is a B.Tech from IIT Kanpur and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
